The first of these buildings was kind of a bodily reaction to the beginning of the russian invasion in Ukraine in February -22. I listened to news of the war nonstop at my studio while working. Slowly I started to think how incomplete, unfinished and broken we are as humankind and as individuals (and this war is a great example of it). But at the same time we evolve, we can make marvelous, beautiful things, we learn and grow. It's black and white at the same time. It's destruction and development.
